Job Title: R&D Engineering Technician
Job Description
As an R&D Engineering Technician, you will be responsible for conducting tests on components according to the test plans provided by R&D engineers. You will assist in the development of new refrigerant devices, ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and support various projects related to cost, quality, and supply.
Responsibilities
+ Perform tests on components per the test plan provided by R&D engineers.
+ Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while conducting lab tests.
+ Assist in new product development of refrigerant devices for assigned projects.
+ Conduct tests for product defects, strength, and durability standards.
+ Set up and execute test plans and perform root cause analysis on product deficiencies.
+ Support other cost, quality, and supply projects as needed for refrigerant and other mechanical devices.
Essential Skills
+ R&D lab experience.
+ R&D engineering knowledge.
+ Chemical engineering background .
+ Proficiency in following SOPs.
+ Testing and root cause analysis expertise.
+ Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a science-related field.
+ 2+ years of R&D lab experience.
+ Proficient use of MS Office products.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in consumer goods/products R&D.
+ Good communication skills.
+ Ability to collaborate with multiple departments.
+ Strong follow-up skills.
Work Environment
This position is based in an R&D lab environment where you will work with advanced technologies and equipment. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
