Responsibilities
+ Deliver accurate, insightful, and data-driven technical peer reviews during the design process.
+ Lead and deploy teams to successfully complete multiple projects on time and with high precision.
+ Develop and review electrical schematics, panel layouts, and wiring diagrams using AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or similar tools.
+ Select industrial hardware, including PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, safety components, sensors, relays, and circuit protection devices.
+ Maintain positive, professional relationships across all organizational levels.
+ Ensure compliance with NEC, Electrical Standards for Industrial Machinery, and UL regulatory requirements.
+ Communicate technical and non-technical information effectively to large, cross-functional teams.
+ Support manufacturing operations, including BOM creation, engineering change notice (ECN) processes, and product release documentation.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in multiple PLC platforms, primarily Allen-Bradley.
+ Experience in PLC programming and integration.
+ Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical and/or EPLAN.
+ Strong expertise in controls engineering and engineering management.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Minimum of 3–5 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
+ 10+ years of experience in controls or electrical engineering.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Controls or Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Rockwell Studio 5000.
Work Environment
This position is onsite with approximately 15% travel required. A relocation package is offered for qualified candidates. The work environment is fast-paced and solutions-driven, ideal for professionals who thrive in such settings.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
