    + Midtown Bus Terminal, New York, NY

    + Newark Air Train Project, Newark, NJ

    + Work Arrangement: 100% On-Site

    About the Role

    We are seeking two experienced Superintendents to join our team on high-profile infrastructure projects. One role will support the Midtown Bus Terminal redevelopment in Manhattan, and the other will be part of the Newark AirTrain modernization project. These are dynamic, boots-on-the-ground leadership roles for professionals passionate about delivering complex, large-scale civil infrastructure.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Oversee daily field operations and construction activities

    + Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and craft labor

    + Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and schedule requirements

    + Interface with project management, engineering, and client representatives

    + Maintain accurate documentation and reporting

    Qualifications

    + Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

    + Experience:

    + Minimum10 years in heavy civil infrastructure projects valued at $100M+

    + At least 10 years in a Superintendent or Craft Supervision role

    + Proven experience withpiles, concrete, and structural steelin new building/structure construction

    + Preferred:

    + Experience working withCity, State, or Federal Government clients

    + Familiarity withlocal trades, unions, and craft labor

    + Technical Skills:

    + Proficient inMS Word, Excel, Bluebeam, Procure, HCSS HeavyBid

    + Certifications:

    + OSHA Certification

    + First Aid Certification

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $170000.00 - $220000.00/yr.
