Role Overview;

This position sits within the Compliance Department. ;It will have a focus on communication, engagement and strategy. ; Heavy SharePoint usage and involvement with the budget and financial analysis for the department.;

Work Arrangement

This position is a hybrid position located in our Newtown Square Corporate office. ; Will be required to be in the office 3 days a week. ;;

Responsibilities:

Communications, Engagement and SharePoint Development / Maintenance

+ Develop departmental and enterprise-wide communication on Compliance related subject matters.;

+ Demonstrates strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and SharePoint. ; Will develop SharePoint sites and / or content.;

+ Able to translate information into executive-level PowerPoint presentations.;

Reporting and Auditing

+ Conduct data analysis and translate into meaningful communications that drive action.;

+ Develop executive level reports to be used in Board and Committee meetings.;

Compliance Program Administration;

+ Support budget, financial analysis / reporting, and projects as needed.;

+ Supports planning, development, execution and reporting of Compliance goals, actions and work plans annually. ;

+ Support Compliance meetings / events through planning, scheduling, material production, coordination and execution.;

Project Management

+ Support project delivery and execution.

+ Support change management activities for projects. ;

Process Improvements

+ Assist with documenting process gaps, weaknesses, and deficiencies to identify root cause and remediate issues.;

+ Support execution of improvement projects through realization. ;

Education/Experience:

+ Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience or education

+ Preferred Experience Level (if different from minimum required): at least one to three (1 to 3) years of experience in managed health care including experience in the areas of compliance oversight.;;

Skills and Abilities:

+ Strong written and oral communication skills

+ Experienced with SharePoint and website development.;

This position will require an individual with strong clinical understanding. ;No license is required, however must understand CMS regulations, health risk assessments and corrective actions for Medicare. ; Will need an understanding of the 7 elements of compliance. ;
