Lead a $200M+ High-Profile Infrastructure Project in NYC
Join a nationally recognized general contractor known for delivering complex, large-scale infrastructure and building projects across the U.S. We are seeking a seasoned Construction Superintendent to oversee on-site operations for a high-profile Port Authority project in New York City, valued at over $200 million.

Key Responsibilities
+ Direct all on-site construction activities to ensure alignment with design, schedule, and budget.
+ Supervise subcontractors, trades, and field personnel to drive productivity and uphold quality standards.
+ Interpret construction drawings and provide guidance on construction methods, materials, and equipment.
+ Collaborate closely with the Project Manager on scheduling, logistics, and problem-solving.
+ Enforce safety protocols, quality control measures, and compliance with contract documents.
+ Communicate effectively with owners, consultants, and other key stakeholders.
+ Monitor equipment and material usage to optimize efficiency and control costs.
+ Take ownership of field operations and support project goals with proactive leadership.
Required Qualifications
+ 10+ years as a Superintendent on projects exceeding $200M.
+ Expertise in heavy civil, roadway, and new building construction (piling, concrete, structural steel).
+ Strong working knowledge of U.S. construction methods, best practices, and industry standards.
+ Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Bluebeam, HCSS Heavy Bid, and Procure.
+ OSHA and SST 62
+ Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
+ High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
+ Experience with city, state, or federal government construction projects is highly desirable.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $160000.00 - $220000.00/yr.
