• Multimedia Production Specialist

    Vanguard (Malvern, PA)


    As a Multimedia Producer, you’ll be at the heart of our creative engine—conceptualizing, pitching, and executing multimedia solutions that inform, inspire, and engage. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the enterprise to deliver strategic content that supports Vanguard’s mission and values.

    Your core responsibilities will include:

    + Creative Strategy & Execution: Lead multimedia projects from concept to completion. Consult with internal clients to understand their goals and propose innovative audiovisual solutions.

    + Production Leadership: Direct, produce, and edit video and audio content that is on-brand, on-time, and on-budget. Ensure each production meets client objectives and quality standards.

    + Collaboration & Coaching: Guide talent and crew during shoots. Partner with communications teams and subject matter experts to bring ideas to life.

    + Innovation & Expertise: Stay ahead of industry trends. Introduce new tools and techniques to enhance our storytelling capabilities.

    + Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage external production partners and freelancers as needed.

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Minimum 5 years of experience in multimedia production, including directing, editing, and producing.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. A background in film, video production, or creative arts is preferred.

    + Mastery of industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects).

    + A strong portfolio showcasing your creative range and technical skill.

    + Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.

    + A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.

     

    This role is part of our hybrid work model with Tuesdays – Thursdays required in our offices to foster collaboration and relationships. On Mondays and Fridays, our crew will have the option to work remotely, or continue working from our offices in Malvern PA.
