    As a Field Service Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide advanced technical support and expertise to our customers in the Industrial Automation (IA) business unit. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions, and driving customer satisfaction. Your expertise and commitment to excellence will play a crucial role in the success of our field service operations and the growth of our business.

     

    In this role, you will impact the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers' operations by providing exceptional technical support and service.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers

    + Conduct equipment installations, repairs, and maintenance

    + Provide technical support and expertise to customers in the field

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction

    + Maintain accurate records of service activities and documentation

    + Travel 100% of time to customer sites throughout the US, will drive personal vehicle, eligible for per diem and mileage

    YOU MUST HAVE

    + Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on complex technical solutions

    + Strong technical knowledge and expertise in Industrial Automation technologies

    + Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

    + Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

    + Experience in project management and execution

    + Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships

    + Willingness to be on the road full time, travel 100%

    + Associates or Bachelors degrees like EE (Electrical Engineering), ME (Mechanical Engineering)
