Facilities Assistant

About the Role

Are you someone who takes pride in creating clean, organized spaces? Join our team as a **Facilities Assistant** , where your attention to detail and reliability will help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for everyone in our building. From restrooms to break rooms, hallways to offices—and even the occasional clean room—you’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps everything spotless and running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

+ Follow a set daily route to complete cleaning tasks using our work order system

+ Maintain 12 restrooms, 2 break rooms, hallways, and office spaces

+ Respond swiftly to emergency clean-ups

+ Coordinate with external vendors, managing sign-in/sign-out and providing guidance

+ Occasionally assist in clean room cleaning (yes, you’ll get to wear a bunny suit—training provided!)

What You Bring

+ Experience in custodial, janitorial, or commercial cleaning roles

+ Strong skills in mopping, general cleaning, and maintaining commercial spaces

+ Ability to track and complete work orders efficiently

+ Excellent English communication skills—both spoken and written

+ Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools

+ Confidence in managing vendor relationships

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
