Job Title: General Laborer

Job Description

Assist in pouring, mixing, and patching concrete slabs, and contribute to the manufacturing of absorptive concrete walls. Set up pouring stations for molds and handle bending and tying of rebar.

Responsibilities

+ Perform general concrete labor duties.

+ Operate machinery to support the production process.

+ Assist machine operators in the production process.

+ Conduct cleaning and general labor duties.

Essential Skills

+ Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or landscaping.

+ Ability to work 50-55 hours a week.

+ Strong attention to detail.

+ Capability to work in various weather conditions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with hand tools and power tools.

+ Knowledge of concrete handling, packing, assembly, and packaging.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of King George, Virginia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
