    Job Description

    + Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to safety protocols.

    + Coordinate shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities.

    + Monitor stock levels and conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy.

    + Operate warehouse equipment and ensure proper maintenance.

    + Communicate with internal departments to resolve logistical issues.

    + Enforce compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.

    + Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in inventory systems and Microsoft Office.

    + Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

    + 3+ years of warehouse experience, including team leadership.

    + Safety and compliance awareness, particularly with OSHA regulations.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications preferred.

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

    + Experience with inventory control, loading, and unloading.

    + Forklift operation skills and RF scanner experience.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.50/hr.
