Product Technician

Job Description

As a Product Technician, you will collaborate with engineering and production teams to support production control. You will be responsible for transforming information into applicable formats on the production floor using manufacturing methods, visual aids, and forums. A solid background in manufacturing, coupled with strong Excel and Microsoft skills, is essential.

Responsibilities

+ Support production control by collaborating with engineering and production teams.

+ Transform information into applicable formats for the production floor using manufacturing methods and visual aids.

+ Ensure quality control and process improvement through effective communication.

Essential Skills

+ Strong background in manufacturing.

+ Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.

+ Ability to interpret shop drawings and read a tape measure.

+ Attention to detail.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.

+ Quality control and design knowledge.

+ Process improvement expertise.

Work Environment

The work environment is non-climate-controlled, requiring openness to working in hot conditions due to machinery. The company has approximately 50+ employees, with each department typically consisting of 2-5 people. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Lodi, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
