Job Title: CNC Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing, troubleshooting, and maintaining CNC Vertical and Horizontal Machining Centers, as well as various other machine shop equipment. Additionally, you will handle electrical system repairs and preventative maintenance of CNC machinery. Building repairs around the facility may also be required.

Responsibilities

+ Repair, troubleshoot, and maintain CNC Vertical and Horizontal Machining Centers and other machine shop equipment.

+ Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems.

+ Troubleshoot CNC lathes, mills, and grinders.

+ Perform preventative maintenance on CNC machinery.

+ Conduct building repairs as needed around the facility.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in CNC maintenance and machinery maintenance.

+ Proficiency in troubleshooting PLCs, CNC machinery, and electrical systems.

+ Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

+ Familiarity with Siemens PLC and Allen Bradley systems.

+ Strong understanding of mathematics and ISO 9000 standards.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in a machine shop environment.

+ Ability to work on grinders and mills.

Work Environment

Work in a machine shop environment on the 1st shift from 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday. The facility offers a supportive and collaborative atmosphere with modern amenities.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Rochester, New York.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $66560.00/yr.
