    Electrician Foreman Position

    Job Description

    The Foreman will oversee the management of project installations, alterations, additions, and repairs of electrical systems, conductors, and associated materials within the commercial and industrial electrical industry. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working with tools and have previous experience running medium to large-sized projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and in a safe manner.

    Responsibilities

    + Supervise and direct field personnel, typically overseeing a team of 25+ employees.

    + Coordinate field installations and project closeouts, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

    + Review project documents, plans, and specifications to direct construction activities accurately.

    + Complete basic paperwork, including foreman logs, performance evaluations, purchase order logs, and timecards.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in construction, installation, and electrical work.

    + Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.

    + Previous experience as an electrical foreman in commercial construction.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.

    Work Environment

     

    This position requires working outdoors on new construction jobsites, and candidates must be comfortable working in the heat. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 7 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including a hardhat, steel toe boots, safety glasses, gloves, and a high visibility vest is required at all times.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
