Job Title: Concrete Carpenter

Job Description

Join our team to work on commercial flatwork projects in the KC Metro area, focusing on small to mid-sized buildings. As a concrete carpenter, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful completion of each project.

Responsibilities

+ Understand details of the project, specifically budgeted man hours allotted for specific tasks.

+ Maximize project profitability through efficient and diligent completion of tasks.

+ Install, repair, and erect fixtures made of wood.

+ Smooth out, level, and finish freshly poured concrete.

+ Commercial concrete finishing and carpentry

+ Strong leadership skills

+ Ability to finish professionally from day one

+ Electrical knowledge

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 5+ years of experience in finishing concrete or performing concrete carpentry

+ Ability to estimate projects

+ Proper knowledge of tools

+ Valuing customer service, profitability, quality, integrity, teamwork, innovation, and opportunity

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Lees Summit, Missouri.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $35.00/hr.
