Description

-Develop and implement inspections procedures, protocols, and quality standards, training of employees in Quality Department

-Perform product inspections and document those inspections

-Defines inspection procedures, sets up and maintains controls and documentation procedures to assure a consistent process across the department

-Work closely with other departments to identify root causes and implement corrective and preventative actions

-Ensure tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated and that product modifications are investigated if necessary

-Schedule equipment, fixturing, tooling, and personnel to maintain maximum output of equipment

-In charge of hiring, scheduling and developing the department

Skills & Qualifications

Highly Preferred: Fully versed in PC Dmis and Calypso software and be up to date in the latest options

AS9100

Proficient in using inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, CMM’s, and Zeiss-Calypso) and quality software

Quality inspection

Supervisory skills

Micrometer, Calipers

ISO9001

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
