    Concrete Finisher – Craft the Foundation of Something Great!

    About the Role:

    We’re looking for a detail-driven, hard-working Concrete Finisher who takes pride in precision and craftsmanship. If you know your way around a trowel, can spot a level surface from a mile away, and enjoy seeing the results of your work stand the test of time, we want you on our crew.

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    + Smooth, level, and finish freshly poured concrete for sidewalks, slabs, curbs, walls, and more.

    + Set forms, align structures, and ensure proper depth and pitch.

    + Apply curing compounds and surface treatments to protect and enhance finished work.

    + Operate finishing tools and equipment including trowels, screeds, floats, and power tools.

    + Read blueprints and follow layout instructions with accuracy.

    + Work closely with site supervisors and team members to meet project timelines and quality standards.

    + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

    What You Bring to the Table:

    + Proven experience as a concrete finisher or in a similar construction role.

    + Strong understanding of concrete properties, finishing techniques, and safety practices.

    + Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.

    + Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.

    + A team-first attitude and a commitment to doing the job right the first time.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
