Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

The General Production Worker will be part of the line. This role involves the setup, operation, and maintenance of equipment.

Responsibilities

+ Set up, operate, and maintain the cupping press, body makers, trimmers, and conveying systems.

+ Inspect, upend, and load coils onto the unwinder and feed coils through the lubricator into the press.

+ Perform set-up, maintenance, and operation of the upender, unwinder, lubricator, and cupping press.

+ Conduct visual checks and measure cup weights to ensure compliance with process standards.

Essential Skills

+ Mechanical inclination and aptitude.

+ Experience in machine operation, automotive mechanics, or related fields.

+ Working knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.

+ Basic understanding of electrical components.

+ Ability to use precision measurement devices such as calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in general labor, production, troubleshooting, assembly, electrical, or machine operating.

Work Environment

The position operates on a 4 on 4 off schedule from 6pm to 6am. The role requires working in a production facility with advanced machinery and precision equipment. The dress code aligns with safety standards for manufacturing environments.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Owatonna, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $29.64 - $29.64/hr.
