    Job Title: Manufacturing Laborer or Forklift Driver

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Laborer and Forklift Driver to join our team in a highly automated and efficient manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess manufacturing experience, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team setting for extended periods.

    Responsibilities

    Assist with loading and unloading machines

     

    Doing quality inspections of materials

     

    Monitoring product as it moves through the machine and documenting any changes or errors that occur

     

    Must be okay with lifting up to 50lbs

     

    Must be okay with making boxes if needed and loading boxes

     

    Working closely with a machine operator to efficiently operate the machine

     

    Staging inventory / products for next project

     

    Working with safety in mind!

    Essential Skills

    + Manufacturing and production experience is a plus.

    + Ability to be on your feet for 10-12 hours a day.

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

    + Ability to navigate a computer

    + High School diploma or equivalent.

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment is highly automated, clean, and organized, adhering to GMP standards. Employees are required to wear steel-toed boots, appropriate clothing, and minimal jewelry. Hair must be pulled back. Once clocked in, employees remain on campus for the day, fostering a focused and collaborative atmosphere.

     

    Job Type

     

    This is a full time, long term role! Benefits are offered the first of the month after starting and pay is weekly.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.50/hr.
