Job Title: Production Associate

Job Description

Pay: $18-19 starting out

_This is a clean room environment that would require cleanroom PPE._

The Production Associate is responsible for efficiently sorting and stacking products in accordance with company guidelines. This role involves performing quality checks to ensure products meet required specifications, operating and maintaining production machinery and equipment, and assisting in the packaging and labeling of finished products. Additionally, the associate will keep detailed records of assembled products and report any discrepancies.

Responsibilities

Essential Skills

+ Experience in production, packing, and inspecting materials.

+ Ability to stack and palletize products.

+ Comfortable with loading material into the sealer.

+ Able to stand all day and lift 25-35 pounds repetitively.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Forklift operation is a plus.

Work Environment

Work in a clean room/manufacturing environment where collaboration and support are key. Although the team is currently overworked, they are eager for new team members who can help alleviate the workload. Dress code includes steel-toed shoes, t-shirt, long pants, and hair/beard nets. Shift options include 1st shift from 6:00am-3:00pm, Monday-Friday, and 2nd shift from 3:00pm-1:30am, Monday-Thursday, with initial training on a different schedule.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
