Job Title: Assembler
Job Description
Join our team as a Stator Winder Hookup, where you will play a crucial role in insulating, winding, and hooking up stators for motors and generators. You will follow methods and procedures as outlined in specifications and use hand and power tools as required. Under normal supervision, you will gain valuable skills over time, with 6,000 hours of experience needed to acquire basic skills. You will also perform other duties as designated by your supervisor within the same salary grade or below.
Responsibilities
+ Insulate, wind, and hook-up stators for motors and generators.
+ Follow detailed methods and procedures as outlined in specifications.
+ Utilize hand and power tools for various tasks.
+ Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with standards.
+ Execute additional duties as assigned by the supervisor within the same salary grade or below.
Essential Skills
+ Production and assembly experience.
+ Mechanical aptitude and general labor skills.
+ Experience in quality checks and using power tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 1–3 years of experience in electrical assembly or stator winding preferred.
+ Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
+ Proficiency with hand tools, measuring instruments, and electrical testing equipment.
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $51126.00 - $65368.00/yr.
