    Job Title: 1st Shift Maintenance Technician

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining, installing, and repairing all equipment throughout the facility.

    Responsibilities

    + Maintain, install, and repair industrial washers, dryers, conveyors, steam tunnels, and boilers.

    + Work with pneumatics and hydraulics systems.

    + Handle 3 phase motors.

    + Troubleshoot electrical systems and perform maintenance tasks.

    + Utilize Microsoft Office for maintenance documentation.

    + Welding tasks as needed, though experience in this area is preferred but not required.

    Essential Skills

    + Mechanical skills

    + Hydraulics and pneumatics expertise

    + Electrical troubleshooting

    + Preventive maintenance

    + PLC troubleshooting and control

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints

    + Experience with 3 phase motors

    + Boilers license

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Welding experience is a plus

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office

    + Experience with conveyors and motors

    + Industrial maintenance and repair experience

    The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
