Job Title: General Production

Job Description

Join our team as a General Production worker where you will be responsible for assembling and molding helmets to the correct form. This role requires strong manual dexterity and the ability to follow work orders accurately.

Responsibilities

+ Assemble helmets according to specifications.

+ Mold helmets to the correct form.

+ Follow work orders and instructions precisely.

+ Operate hand and power tools as needed.

+ Collaborate with team members in a small production cell.

Essential Skills

+ Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

+ Ability to follow detailed work orders.

+ Experience with hand and power tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ At least 6 months of previous work history within the past 12 months.

+ Experience in assembly, machine operation, or production is a plus.

Work Environment

Work in a small-town feel production environment where everyone knows each other. You will be part of a close-knit team of 5-6 people. The environment can be noisy and dusty, and you may need to work with chemicals. Dress code is casual, allowing jeans or shorts with toe-covered shoes. The first shift runs from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of CALEDONIA, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
