Job Summary

The Treasury Supervisor is responsible for providing support in the management of the company’s financial transactions, cash flow, and banking activities. This role involves a range of administrative and financial tasks, with a heightened need for accuracy and organizational skills. Responsible for dealing with high-value, time sensitive, and sometimes confidential financial transactions. This role is a first-line supervisory level, leading an individual or single work group in supporting and servicing the day-to-day Treasury activities.

Duties and Responsibilities

+ Reviews check proposals.

+ Initiates or approves fund transfers through the appropriate bank or payment portal.

+ Supports the Treasury Manager with daily cash position.

+ Manages the company’s bank accounts.

+ Oversees Treasury Tech and Treasury Accountant.

+ Assists with monthly cash reconciliation.

+ Manages corporate credit cards.

+ Other duties as assigned.

+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

+ Proficient in SAP.

+ Detail-oriented and highly organized.

+ Strong oral and written communication skills.

+ Plans and prioritizes work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.

+ Drives results - Consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances.

+ Manages complexity - Making sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.

Required Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field from an accredited college or university.

+ Minimum of five (5) years of related experience.

+ An acceptable pre-employment background and drug test.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Previous treasury experience

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

+ Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping.

+ Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.

+ Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
