Emmy Squared Pizza and Swinger Crazy Golf-NoMad is looking for a passionate and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee and inspire our growing team. Emmy Squared Pizza is famous for its award-winning Detroit-style pizza and innovative culinary creations. Swingers Crazy Golf-NoMad offers an unforgettable entertainment experience with its creative mini-golf courses and lively atmosphere. Together, we’re setting the stage for a one-of-a-kind experience.

As a Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for to overseeing all culinary operations while supporting Swingers Crazy Golf-NoMad guests. You’ll lead and inspire your team, ensuring outstanding service and culinary excellence.

Key Responsibilities

+ Supervise and support culinary employees daily, ensuring policies and processes are followed.

+ Assist in hiring, onboarding, and continuous training of employees.

+ Partner with Swingers’ leadership team to ensure seamless collaboration between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.

+ Oversee culinary operations during service, delegating tasks as needed to maintain efficiency and quality.

+ Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing culinary concerns and creating a welcoming, responsive service environment.

+ Maintain superior cleanliness and sanitation in compliance with health department standards.

+ Identify and address potential safety hazards to ensure a safe environment for employees and guests.

+ Proactively contribute to company goals in sales, service, and appearance while fostering a positive and productive workplace.

+ Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

+ Minimum of 1 year of restaurant management experience in a full-service setting.

+ Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, develop, and motivate a high-performing team.

+ Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment, with effective delegation skills.

+ Proficiency with computers and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

+ Passion for food, hospitality, and providing exceptional dining experiences.

+ Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.

+ Serve Safe Certification preferred.

+ Physical requirements: Ability to lift/carry up to 40 lbs., push/pull up to 75 lbs., and stand for extended periods.
