    This HVAC Service Technician role is ideal for a skilled, licensed pro who thrives on solving complex mechanical issues. You'll work independently on a wide range of systems—RTUs, chillers, boilers, and more—while growing your career with a top-tier, safety-focused team at RK.

    Role Responsibilities

    + HVAC mechanical equipment.

    + Diagnoses and repairs.

    + Equipment start ups.

    + Quality control inspections on RK Mechanical Service work.

    + Technical trouble shooting and diagnostics.

    + Inspections.

    Qualifications

    + Indirect Supervision.

    + Hold and retain relevant H/CFC universal license.

    + Experience with RTU’s, Boilers, MAU’s, AHU’s, Fans, Pumps, Cooling Towers, VAV/FPB’s. Automation Systems, Chillers.

    + Understanding of Hydronic systems and DX cooling circuits and components.

    Minimum Physical Requirements and Accountability

    + Work outside, inside, and in dusty, noisy and hazardous areas.

    + Work in high places, tight places, confined spaces and/or other adverse locations.

    + Climb, balance, squat, kneel and crouch.

    + Comply with all company policies and procedures.

    + All employees are accountable for safety and health and are empowered to stop work if an unsafe condition is present. Employees should immediately notify their supervisor so that the hazard may be corrected.
