• IT Business Analyst

    TEKsystems (Lansing, MI)


    We are seeking a highly skilled IT Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an Agile environment, excels at translating business needs into technical requirements, and is passionate about driving process improvements through technology.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.

    + Create and maintain epics, features, and user stories to support project delivery.

    + Develop as-is and to-be process flow documentation to identify gaps and opportunities.

    + Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support sprint planning and backlog grooming.

    + Utilize Azure DevOps for work item tracking and project management.

    + Leverage tools such as FIGMA and Visio to visualize workflows and system interactions.

    + Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity.

    Required Qualifications:

    + Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst in Agile environments.

    + Skills in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.

    + Proficiency in creating epics, features, and user stories.

    + Experience with as-is/to-be process mapping.

    + Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.

    + Skilled in using BA tools such as FIGMA and Visio.

    + Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
