Description

This role will be part of the Global UXUI Experience Design Group, embedded in a cross-functional scrum team focused on content and commerce enhancements for UDX’s web and app experiences. Participates from inception to execution, working collaboratively within the team and with partners, while applying the clients design system consistently across destinations and placements to support an elegant and seamless experience.

Major Responsibilities:

- Support delivery of a high volume of pages by crafting high quality creative informed by user experience documentation.

- Synthesize product design and consumer trends and recommend clear, specific solutions to meet consumer needs. Execute and provide design artifacts that support UXUI best practices across integration (customer and technical) points to provide a superior, seamless experience from daily improvements to longer-term strategies.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

1. Demonstrated success creating end-to-end digital product designs in the consumer technology sector

2. Should have exceptional brand, visual, and interaction design skills and a depth of experience working across the user-centered design process: from conducting and leveraging research (quantitative and qualitative) to prototyping and implementation to testing and evaluation.

3. Strong foundational design skills: Typography, layout, composition, color theory, iconography, UI/UX, motion/interaction design and branding

4. Experience creating and documenting UI toolkits, style guides, and front-end frameworks for design and development teams

5. Experience utilizing user-centric design methodology: Gathering/shaping requirements, defining user stories, storyboarding features and iterating based on user feedback/testing

6. A desire to tackle and solve problems, from big picture strategy to granular details

7. Passionately advocate for the user

8. Knowledge of reviewing and applying accessibility best practices to solutions

9. Experience with agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced, iterative environment

10. Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma

11. A positive attitude, open mind, and desire to collaborate and learn

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $45.00/hr.
