    Job Title: Patient Service Representative – Call Center (Healthcare)

    Overview:

    We are seeking dedicated Patient Service Representative to support a healthcare plan provider. In this role, you will assist patients with Medicare/Medi-Cal redetermination, health plan enrollment, and general inquiries related to benefits and eligibility. This is a high-volume call center environment requiring strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding patient benefits

    + Assist with application reviews, eligibility verification, and copay collection

    + Provide clear guidance on coverage details and troubleshoot patient concerns

    + Support Medicare redetermination and health plan enrollment processes

    + Maintain accurate documentation and uphold compliance standards

    Top Skills & Qualifications:

    + High School Diploma (required)

    + Healthcare experience (Medicare/Medi-cal/HMO)

    + Call center experience (heavy inbound calls)

    + Bilingual in English and Spanish (not required but preferred)

    + Strong soft skills: empathy, active listening, and professionalism

    + Research-oriented with investigative problem-solving abilities

    Availability Requirements:

    + Must be available to work Monday–Sunday, 8 AM – 8 PM

    + You will be assigned x5 8 hour shifts

    + You will not be working every weekend

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
