    Description

    Our client is preparing for a major Epic implementation over the next 12-18 months.

     

    We are seeking an experienced Epic Cupid Analyst to help with the build and implementation for a new Epic enterprise wide implementation.

    Qualifications

    Epic Cupid certification required.

     

    Strong Epic experience, including Cupid build and advisory leadership.

     

    Deep understanding of clinical workflows, particularly in cardiology and neuro interventional domains.

     

    Proven experience with invasive/non-invasive build, structured reporting, and decision trees.

     

    Strong experience in interface integration and future encounter conversion.

     

    Proficiency in data analysis for reporting and optimization.

     

    Experience supporting go-live readiness, testing, and post-live stabilization.

     

    Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

     

    Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, Hybrid environment.

    Responsibilities

    Serve as a strategic advisor for the Epic Cupid team, guiding build, optimization, and readiness efforts.

     

    Lead configuration and customization of the Cupid module, with a focus on invasive cardiology and neuro interventional procedures.

     

    Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to align Cupid functionality with operational goals.

     

    Support interface development, structured reporting, and decision tree logic to enhance clinical documentation.

     

    Provide expertise in future encounter conversion and downstream workflow impacts.

     

    Participate in go-live rehearsals, testing, and readiness assessments.

     

    Deliver regular updates to leadership on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $90.00/hr.
