Position Overview:

To perform duties necessary to maintain the physical structure in good cosmetic appearance, interior and exterior Hospital. Have a good working knowledge of all products and substances used to maintain the facility. Have a good working understanding of the materials safety data sheets and maintain a current list of products.

**Job Description** :

EDUCATION:

+ Appropriate trade / technical/ vocational training is essential. High School education or equivalent desired.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE** **:

+ **Knowledge:** Journeyman carpenter, knowledge of all associative products, the ability to manifest the MSDS book, and keep accurate records as it pertains to the applications of products to the facility.

+ **Skills:** Ability to work on his or her own without more than normal supervision.

Pay Range is $69.38 to $69.38 / hour
