    TheQuality Execution Technicianposition is responsible for monitoring all aspects of product quality, from incoming raw materials to the finished product, and reports results to appropriate management personnel.

    Schedule:

    + Leprino Foods is a 24/7 operating facility; the employee must be willing and able to workdays or nights. The current vacancy is on night shift, from 4:00pm-4:30am. Our schedules run 12 hours on a 2-2-3 rotation that allows for every other weekend off.

    + After training is complete, new hires will be assigned a regular schedule on the next available shift.

    Pay Rate:

    + $24.03 per hour

    + $0.75 Evening Pay Differential for every evening hour worked between 6:00pm-6:00am

    + $1.00 Weekend Pay Differential for every hour worked Saturday & Sunday

    Responsibilities:

    + Test product performance, including bulk grading, melt, measure, ribbon dimension and temperature. Present performance test results to management team during product showing.

    + Advise appropriate management personnel about out of specification conditions and place product on hold.

    + Collect, document, pack, and ship samples as required.

    + Maintain accurate records.

    + Ensure product is free of extraneous through periodic process checks and record keeping, including monitoring GMPs and proper metal detector checks.

    + Perform all duties in a safe manner while observing all SOP and GMP guidelines.

    + Any additional duties as assigned.

    + Adhere to safety procedures and practices through the handling of flammables, caustics and corrosive chemicals

    Requirements:

    + Demonstrated ability to complete work assignments with high degree of accuracy.

    + Able to read, write and perform basic mathematical calculations.

    + Good time management skills.

    + Ability to work independently without direct supervision.

    + Specific vision may be required for this position, including close vision, distance vision, color and depth perception, and the ability to read computer screens for extended time periods.

    + Must be able to lift and carry moderate weights repeatedly throughout the shift.

    + Must be able to work Sunday-Saturday, off-shifts, weekends, holidays and required overtime to support a 24-hour / 7-day operation.

    + Must be able to work a minimum of 12.5 hours.

    Preferred skills:

    + One-year prior manufacturing experience.

    + Good time management skills.
