Outdoor Recreation Coordinator reports to the Outdoor Recreation Manager and assists with managing and supervising all aspects of the team and leadership development areas including the challenge course, Belonging and Thriving programs and the cross-country ski/snowshoe center programs and facilities.

The Outdoor Recreation Coordinator will assist with personnel management responsibilities that include the training, developing and supervising of 30-40 student and nonstudent supervisors and facilitators and assists in coordinating scheduling and staffing for programming. They will also assist with developing, implementing and evaluating policies, procedures related to the programs and facilities including but not limited to, emergency action plans, standard and local operating procedures, equipment inspection and replacement as well as other related program policies and administrative processes. They will provide onsite supervision and coordination for adventure trip and climbing wall programs.
