The Facilities Coordinator position is located at Minnowbrook Conference Center, set at Blue Mountain Lake in the picturesque Adirondack woodland. For more than 50 years, Syracuse University's Minnowbrook Conference Center has offered a rich array of educational programs in a beautiful, natural setting. The property stands on 28 acres and includes three buildings and two cabins that can accommodate up to 56 overnight guests. The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for facilitating and executing the day- to-day tasks required to manage the property grounds and equipment. In coordination with the university Facilities Department, this position oversees the routine maintenance, repair to support the buildings, parking areas, lawns, gardens, paths and roads, utility and heating, security and HVAC systems as well as university vehicles and maintenance equipment. This position also oversees contracted maintenance services for buildings, grounds and equipment.
