Job Summary:

Responsible for assisting the shift supervisor in the efficient processing of customer orders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Program and operate CNC machines

+ Operate stand-up forklift and overhead crane to move material in the warehouse

+ Process orders to customer specifications

+ Do packaging and general housekeeping

+ May receive/inspect and verify material count

+ Maintain safe working conditions in the plant and staging areas to assure compliance with federal, state, and local laws

Position Requirements:

+ A high school education is required; technical training is preferred.

+ A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant work experience.

+ Must have basic computer skills.

+ Must know how to use caliper, micrometer, square, protractor, and tape measure.

+ Experience in Automatic and CNC machine set-up and operation, or the vocational equivalent of same highly preferred
