$103,000.00 - $171,800.00
This pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation that the position offers, and final compensation can vary within the range depending on work location, job experience, skills, and relevant educational attainment and/or training.
Job Title: Senior Consultant (Asset Performance Management - Predictive Analytics)

The job
The successful candidate will be involved in deployment of Predictive Analytics based solution, provide consulting, and support the sales of performance management and analytical software predominantly into the Mining, Chemicals, Oil & Gas and Power markets. The individual will work with customers to develop models to perform assessments, identify and analyze efficiency problems and helping in performance optimization. In addition, providing System and process level diagnostics for Occurrence Analysis (Trip Out analysis) & focus on timely implementation of Corrective Action/Preventive Action (CAPA).
Key responsibilities
+ Design, Analyse and deploy business models for opportunities in Asset Performance Management, (APM, Condition Monitoring, Predictive Maintenance Services) with customers in all industries like Mining, Pulp & Paper, Metals, Food & Beverage
+ Provide engineering expertise in the application, operation, inspection and maintenance of plant systems and rotating equipment normally associated with Mining, Oil & Gas facilities and optimizing performance of Chemicals, Mining, Oil & Gas facilities (upstream, mid-stream, and/or downstream) and Power Plant.
+ Analyses customer requirements to ensure digital solution(s) meets objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen
+ Acts as a high-level technical expert for the APM portfolio across Process Industries verticals, providing knowledge and analysis of specialized software applications and operational environments, functional systems analysis, design, integration, and implementation advice for complex digital solution implementation
+ Leverage industry experience, equipment knowledge, software know-how, and customer satisfaction skills to deliver world class predictive analytics and monitoring solutions to assigned customer accounts.
+ Provide Asset Strategy / APM foundation consulting in the areas of Failure Elimination/PLA, RCA, Reliability Analytics, and improvement identification.
+ Defines the contents of Solution Templates and the Solution-specific and Common Components required to drive standardization of solution implementations.
+ Provides input to AVEVA's product planning cycle to leverage own project-based experiences and ensure that tools for implementers are considered to make implementation more efficient, ease upgrades and support.
+ Defines the requirements for 'enterprise readiness' based on pre-sales / project experiences and industry trends and ensures they are addressed by the strategy and product development teams.
Essential requirements
+ A Bachelors and Masters in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering respectively.
+ 10+ years of experience driving digital transformation for complex global organizations (Process, Energy, software, technology, automation),
+ Hands on experience with conditioned based monitoring for the operating assets, online performance monitoring and diagnostic software solutions. Computerized Maintenance Management Systems a plus.
+ Experience in analyzing plant data with real-time data historians such as OSI PI or its equivalent.
+ Experience in Advance Vibration Monitoring systems BN or its equivalent.
+ Expert in developing and endorsing machinery selection/application and sizing studies.
+ Experience with preventative and predictive maintenance practices (including software packages such as Predictive Analytics, formerly PRiSM, or SmartSignal or its equivalent) for major rotating and static equipment such as compressors and pumps with large prime movers (gas turbines, steam turbines & motors), Blowers, fans, fired heaters, distillation columns, Transformers, Heat exchangers (including cryogenics) etc.
+ Understanding of the industry customer end-to-end digital journey through hands-on exposure to transformation planning initiatives. Implemented APM through a full lifecycle from requirements gathering to aftermarket support
+ Experience in the industrial software environment - industrial automation, advanced software etc. preferred
+ Experience and background in either one or more of the Division industrial domains of Mining, Oil & Gas, Pulp & Paper
+ Background in cloud and edge technologies, digital twins, analytics, artificial intelligence and machine learning as applied to Asset Performance Management solutions
+ Strong knowledge of Asset Performance Management solutions covering condition monitoring and asset reliability & integrity, predictive & prescriptive analytics, Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) / Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
+ Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and develop relationships both internally and externally and at all levels.
+ Hands-on experience with software applications in APM from leading vendors
+ Multiple Language Fluency a plus
