The Director of Operations oversees the day-to-day operations of a Market, ensuring efficient and effective management of all aspects of the business. Key Responsibilities

+ Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurant locations.

+ Financial Management
+ Prepare and manage budgets for each restaurant location.
+ Analyze financial statements and operational reports to identify areas for improvement.

+ Staff Management and Development
+ Recruit, train, and mentor restaurant managers and key staff.

Qualifications

+ Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in restaurant operations management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
