    Crafted Highlights:

    The **Logistics Manager** is responsible for oversight of all fleet management activities (including acquisitions, maintenance, and assignment) as well as ensuring all CDC transportation procedures are current. Additionally, this position is responsible for the leadership of the Company sales and delivery routing along with the daily dispatching function.

     

    This role reports to the **Operations Director.**

    What You'll Be Brewing:

    + Develops and implements enterprise-wide logistics strategies to drive efficient operations across all functions.

    + Provides leadership to our GPS/Telematics program and strategy, including communications, training and analytics review & interpretation. Responsible for the execution of strategy related to the recommendations found through the analysis provided by the telematics/GPS program.

    + Ensures that the makeup of our fleet (large, small, and material handling) meets the projected operational needs.

    + Manages fleet-related vendor contracts and solicits new proposals and bids prior to expiration.

    + Direct and oversees vehicle assignments for operators and makes recommendations for equipment changes as necessary.

    + Develop/implement routing strategy as well as overseeing daily routing/dispatching activities.

    + Coordinate re-routes; recommend changes to improve service and efficiency.

    + Develops and implements strategies around technology and inbound freight management.

    + Overall responsibility for ensuring all OSHA and DOT required policies and procedures are in compliance.

    + Other duties as assigned

    Key Ingredients:

    + Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma/GED with commensurate experience is minimum requirement.

    + Previous experience in distribution operations preferred, including fleet maintenance and/or routing experience.

    + 5-7 years of experience in a leadership role managing logistics, warehousing or delivery

    + Working knowledge of OSHA and DOT regulations

    + Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

    + Basic Finance/Accounting skills

    + MS Office experience & proficiency

    Job Posting Salary Range:** **(US/Colorado) $93,800 - $123,200
