    Salary: $3880 / Week

     

    The Speech-Language Pathologist in the school setting isresponsible for performing student evaluations as well as providing anddocumenting therapy services in accordance with the plan of care developed foreach individual student and the physician's orders.

     

    Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Location: Orcutt, CA. Start Date: August 2025 Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week Pay: $3,891/week (travel rate for candidates over 50 miles) or $85/hour (local rate)

     

    Role Overview: Amergis Staffing is hiring a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support elementary students in Orcutt for the 2025–2026 school year. This full-time, in-person role involves traveling between school sites and delivering speech and language services aligned with IEP goals.

    Responsibilities:

    + Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

    + Provide direct therapy and consultative services

    + Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams

    + Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

    Requirements:

    + Active California SLP license

    + Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

    + CPR certification and health clearance

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
