    Salary: $20 / Hour

    Position Overview

    + Role: Direct Support Professional

    + Location: Chestertown, MD

    + Start Date: ASAP

    + Schedule: Set shift at one of 12 group homes

     

    Open Shifts

    Full-Time(4 openings):

    + 2 openings: 12am–8am (Mon–Fri + every other weekend)

    + 2 opening: 8a-4pm (Mon–Fri + every other weekend)

     

    Part-Time(34 openings): 3 shifts/wk

     

    + 12am–8am

    + 8am–4pm

    + 4pm–12am

    DoubleShifts (All Accepted):

    + 12am–8am / 8am–4pm

    + 4pm–12am / 12am–8am

    + 8am–4pm / 4pm–12am

    Job Responsibilities

    Supportindividuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities in:

    + Daily living tasks

    + Healthy meal prep

    + Accessing care & employment

    + Promoting independence & self-expression

    Requirements

    + Experience: 6+ months in similar role

    + Training Offered: DDA, MANDT, EMR (iCareManager)

     

    Onboarding & Logistics

     

    + First day with HR + shadow day

    + Start date typically Tuesday, with Weds–Fri options

    + Free on-site parking
