This position has the opportunity to be based at any of our three campuses: Boulder County Campus (Longmont, CO), Larimer Campus (Fort Collins, CO) or Westminster Campus (Westminster, CO).
Who We Are
With three campuses along Colorado’s Front Range, Front Range Community College is the state’s largest community college. We enroll close to 28,000 students annually from our diverse service area, which offers a variety of cultural and recreational activities.
Each year approximately 5,000 FRCC students transfer to four-year universities. FRCC offers more than 36 career training programs that prepare students for immediate employment and rewarding careers. Description of Job
Who You Are
As the Program Manager for Childcare Access Means Parents in School (CCAMPIS) you will provide primary direction for the U.S. Department of Education sponsored program at FRCC, work with FRCC students who are inquiring about the CCAMPIS program and those who are currently using the program, working with child-care facilities, supervise part-time employees, monitor budget expenditures, and report program progress to FRCC administrators and stakeholders. In this role, you will work closely with FRCC colleagues in the budget/finance office relative to contracts and billing for child-care providers, as well as with Advising, Financial Aid, and Registrar to ensure students maintain eligibility for the program and have support in place to promote student success. You will assess student-parent needs in alignment with program criteria, select and orient students to the program, and track student parent progress to graduation. You will arrange meetings of CCAMPIS Advisory Committee and prepare all required grant reports adhering to federal reporting timelines and criteria.
This position does have the opportunity to work remotely but does require a two-day campus presence per week and may occasionally travel to all three FRCC campuses.

SALARY: $55,046 - $57,798 annually
The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum starting salary for the position. When determining the starting salary for a new employee, FRCC takes into consideration a combination of the selected candidate’s education, training and experience as it relates to the requirements of the position, as well as the position’s scope and complexity, internal pay equity and external market value.

Primary Duties
Program Planning and Coordination:
+ Develop, implement, and assess CCAMPIS program activities in alignment with FRCC’s mission and strategic goals.
+ Ensure services are delivered effectively and meet federal grant requirements.
Student Support and Case Management:
+ Manage a caseload of student-parents by providing individualized planning, tracking academic progress, and connecting participants with campus and community resources that support persistence and graduation.
Cross-Departmental and Community Collaboration:
+ Work closely with internal departments such as Advising, Financial Aid, and Enrollment
+ Services, and coordinate with external childcare providers to ensure program operations run smoothly and equitably.
Budget and Grant Administration:
+ Monitor program budgets, ensure compliance with institutional and federal guidelines, and oversee contracts and payments to providers.
+ Maintain accurate documentation and support fiscal reporting.
Data and Compliance Reporting:
+ Maintain secure and reliable data systems to track eligibility, services, and outcomes.
+ Prepare required federal and institutional reports to demonstrate program performance.
Staff Supervision and Support:
+ Recruit, train, and supervise part-time staff, providing guidance and feedback to ensure effective program delivery and alignment with institutional values.
Institutional Engagement:
+ Participate in college committees and initiatives related to student support and equity.
+ Communicate program goals and updates to stakeholders and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive campus culture.

+ Operational Planning: Have an understanding and knowledge of the college's various strategic plans and understand how your work supports each of them. Understand the department's expectations to find proactive ways to support the goals of the department.
+ Leading from the Middle: Lead from your position by not only closely examining your responsibilities for the department, but in bringing forward ideas to your supervisor the college should consider to be more student centered.
+ Team Building: Participate in team-building exercises and strive to build positive and collaborative relationships with colleagues both within the department and in other departments within the college.
+ Collaboration: Willingness to work with colleagues across departments to further student engagement.
+ Compliance Framework: Understand the structures in place to ensure compliance with the rules, regulations and policies of the college and federal government.
Minimum Qualifications, Substitutions, Conditions of Employment & Appeal Rights
Required Education/Training & Work Experience:
+ Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of one year of experience working with student support service programs, or related areas.
+ Two years of experience in higher education, student affairs and/or serving people in a case-management capacity, to include one year of experience working with student support service programs, or related areas.
+ Effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
+ Commitment to diversity, inclusiveness, and equity; ability to work with a diverse college community.
+ Knowledge of student supports efforts.
Preferred Education/Training & Work Experience:
+ Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish.

PERA is the 21st largest public pension plan in the United States and is a substitute for Social Security; FRCC employees do not contribute to Social Security. PERA eligible employees are required to contribute a fixed percentage of their salary to the pension. Student employees are not eligible to participate in PERA.
