The Business Support Coordinator will be expected to provide coverage in multiple Primary Care Center locations across the metro Atlanta area.
Key Responsibilities include:
+ Provide general coverage for staffing needs at Centerwell Primary Care offices in the Metro Atlanta area. May be required to drive between centers as needed.
+ Greet and assist all visitors and callers in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a welcoming experience for patients, clients, and staff.
+ Manage scheduling, including appointment calendars, patient visits, and coordination with internal teams to optimize workflows.
+ Gather, compile, and verify information for reports, presentations, forms, and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
+ Maintain and update records, including patient and office records, utilizing electronic systems such as EMR, CRM, spreadsheets, and databases.
+ Respond to and redirect inquiries from external and internal sources, providing prompt and accurate information about the organization’s activities and processes.
+ Perform routine office management tasks, including answering telephones, taking messages, distributing incoming and outgoing mail, photocopying, filing, and maintaining office supplies or inventory.
+ Communicate with external vendors to arrange for equipment service and repair as needed.
+ Support billing and payments by updating patient accounts and collecting payments when applicable.
+ Ensure the reception area and office spaces are tidy, sanitized, and well-stocked.
+ Assist with additional administrative duties as required, such as ordering supplies and managing courier packages.

Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree

+ Ability to manage multiple or competing priorities
+ Strong attention to detail
+ Capacity to maintain confidentiality
+ Strong organizational skills
+ Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint and Excel
+ This role is part of Humana's Driver safety program and therefore requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance.
Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$39,000 - $49,400 per year
