**The Senior Human Resources Manager at BlueOval SK Battery Park in Glendale, Kentucky will have a unique, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be a key member of the start-up team, launching the facility from ground up** .

This role will be responsible for leading all Human Resources functions for hourly and salaried employees at the facility including, but not limited to:

+ Drive the organization capability in a brand-new green site by applying organizational design and change management skills

+ Build a world class manufacturing team at BlueOval SK Battery Park to help drive innovation and deliver success by developing talent pipelines throughout the community

+ Partner with other BlueOval SK HR Managers and Manufacturing Leadership to deliver innovative people experiences

+ Design HR processes and procedures to enable a competitiveelectric vehicle (EV) battery businessframework and positive employee experiences

+ Design and launch the HR Delivery model forelectric vehicle (EV) battery business:Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Manufacturing Relations, Salaried Personnel, Compensation and Benefits, etc. as well as strategic alignment with key partners and stakeholders

+ Shape the HR team at the new advanced battery facility

+ Represent BlueOval SK and work with government agencies, key community partners, and other external organizations

+ Interface with key external stakeholders such as supplier leadership teams located at BlueOval SK Battery Park campus

+ Ensure a successful launch of BlueOval SK Battery Park

Qualifications and Key Experiences

+ Bachelor's required, Master's preferred

+ Broad-base knowledge and experiences across all aspects of Human Resources including compensation planning, recruitment and selection, performance management, employee coaching/counseling, employee engagement, learning and development, organization development and workforce planning.

+ Experience providing HR support to both a salaried and hourly workforce

+ Manufacturing experience

+ Experience delivering significant HR process improvements and/or change management efforts, preferably as a Project Manager/Lead

+ Demonstrated ability to lead, empower and develop teams

+ Proven self-starter with the ability to multitask in a fluid, dynamic environment, including ability to manage time and resources

+ Experience working in a multicultural environment preferred

+ Experience working in a greenfield/start-up environment while leading large scale recruitment efforts preferred
