GENERAL DESCRIPTION : Responsible for the monitoring and compliance the education al program services and relevant regulations. Plan, manage , and coordinate activities to ensure data collection and evaluation process compliance . Provides quality improvement activities to ensure the program fully complies with standards, regulations, policies , and procedures.

TASKS AND E SSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Conduct the education program’s ongoing self-evaluation process.

+ Collect data necessary for local evaluation of the program .

+ Visit centers to provide data monitoring oversight and quality improvement activities.

+ Provide continuous reflection (analysis of results) on participant’s academic and social data.

+ Complete and deliver the Annual Local Evaluation Report and other reports for each center in all available platforms on time.

+ Discuss results to ensure all sectors of interest are informed.

+ D evelop and implement work procedures and corrective action plans.

+ Assist internal and external auditors in compliance reviews.

+ Represent the organization in compliance forums.

+ Perform any other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

+ Bachelor or Master’s Degree required in Data Science, Administration , and/or School Administration .

+ At least two (2) or more years of experience managing education programs and/or federal proposals .
