    Job Description:

    Shockwave Medical, Inc., recently acquired by Johnson & Johnson, is a pioneer in the development and commercialization of Intravascular Lithotripsy (IVL) to treat complex calcified cardiovascular disease. Shockwave Medical aims to establish a new standard of care for medical device treatment of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease through its differentiated and proprietary local delivery of sonic pressure waves for the treatment of calcified plaque.

    As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner supporting our Commercial team, you'll play a critical role in attracting the top talent needed to bring life changing technologies to patients worldwide. You'll partner closely with business leaders and HR partners to guide hiring strategy, source high-impact talent and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.

    What you'll do:

    + Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and HR, providing talent market insights and recommendations.

    + Build and manage pipelines for high-priority commercial roles in field sales, clinical, marketing and business strategy.

    + Source and engage candidates from diverse backgrounds - especially in competitive, niche markets.

    + Guide hiring managers through selection, decision making and offer stages with clarity and confidence.

    + Champion inclusive hiring practices and support J&Js global DEI strategy.

    + Use data and tools to drive efficiency, improve time-to-fill, and shape smart talent decisions.

    + Stay plugged into the external market trends, competitors, and events in the MedTech space.

    Requirements:

    + Bachelor’s degree required.

    + Minimum of 5 years’ experience in recruitment, ideally in commercial or sales focused roles.

    + Proven success in a fast-paced, matrixed or global environment.

    + Strong communication, influence and consultative skills.

    + Passion for innovation in recruiting - and for making healthcare better.

    + Experience in using Workday, ATS tools, sourcing platforms and recruitment analytics preferred.

    + Willing to travel up to 10%, as needed.

    The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

    The base pay range for this position is $77,000 - $124,200. For California Bay area candidates, the base pay range for this position is $89,000 - $142,600.

    Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

    Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees and/or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
