    What you´ll do

     

    + Lead and supervise a team of warehouse associates responsible for delivering raw materials to production lines.

    + Coordinate daily workflows to ensure timely and accurate material deliveries based on production schedules.

    + Utilize SAP and WMS to manage inventory transactions, monitor stock levels, and process goods movement.

    + Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.

    + Ensure all materials are properly labeled, stored, and handled in compliance with safety and quality standards.

    + Communicate effectively with production, quality, and supply chain teams to address material needs or issues.

    + Train and mentor warehouse staff on standard operating procedures (SOPs), SAP usage, and safety practices.

    + Monitor team performance and provide feedback or corrective actions as needed.

    + Ensure a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.

    + Support continuous improvement initiatives related to warehouse efficiency and accuracy.

    What makes you a good fit

    + Education & Professional Requirements

    + Must have a High School Diploma or GED.

    + Must have at least 2 years of experience operating equipment in a production environment.

    + Must have at least 1 year of manufacturing experience.

    + Must have at least 6 months to 1 year of Lead experience.

    + Must have intermediate to proficient troubleshooting skills.

    + Must have knowledge of basic Lean principles such as 5S, TPM, and Root-Cause Analysis is highly desired.

    + Must have basic to intermediate computer and math skills.

    + Experience with SAP is a plus.

    + Must adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

    + Must be able to pivot and adapt to changing priorities in a high-speed manufacturing environment.

    The salary for this role is $25.89- $31.65. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
