This position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit – where we empower our people to transform industries and provide our customers with a competitive advantage through adhesives, sealants and functional coatings.

What you´ll do
+ Maintains compliance with all applicable Environmental regulations. This includes Title V Air Permit, Tier II, Toxic Release Inventory, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures, Wastewater and Stormwater
+ Provide environmental training to new and existing employees.
+ Performs field inspections of equipment, processes, and property to identify opportunities to improve environmental performance.
+ Interfaces with internal and external suppliers regarding environmental related items and assists in the purchasing of related items.
+ Manages records for multiple databases and systems including metrics, training records, site compliance calendar, SHE com entries, and inspection reports.
+ Support continuous improvement programs
+ Represents Henkel during environmental regulatory inspections and activities.
+ Works as part of an overall Safety, Health, and Environmental team
What makes you a good fit
+ Bachelor's of Science Degree in Environmental Engineering or related field.
+ 10+ years' experience with a minimum of 5 yrs in an environmental role in a chemical manufacturing setting required.
+ Certified Hazardous Materials Manager preferred.
+ Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate 24/7 operation.
+ Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
+ Excellent presentation skills.
+ Previous experience in working directly with environmental agencies required.

The salary for this role is $115,000.00 - $130,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
