**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Senior** **Logistics Specialist** to join our team in **Doral, FL** .
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
+ Manages IT and autonomous inventory systems, implementing, sustaining, and analyzing data from these systems to optimize inventory levels, reduce excess, and increase allowances for assets.
+ Performs supply chain operations, handling the full lifecycle of IT parts and equipment, from requisition and receipt to storage, shipment, and issuance for system development and operation.
+ Provides data and reporting expertise, mapping data into organizational systems, conducting site assessments for IT element needs, and generating various reports for management.
+ Supports system modernization and integration, participating in projects to develop and install logistics software, modernizing DoD supply chain processes and integrating global supply chains.
+ Offers leadership and coordination, providing point-to-point IT delivery coordination, supporting property management analysis, and mentoring junior staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
+ BA/BS; a candidate holding a relevant master’s degree may be granted 2 years’ experience credit for education.
+ 9+ years of relevant experience with 5+ years of position relevant experience.
+ Deep understanding of IT asset management, procurement, inventory control, and logistics processes.
+ Familiarity with transportation, warehousing, and distribution of IT equipment.
+ Mastery of IT asset management software, ERP systems, and other relevant tools.
Desired Qualifications:
+ Master’s degree in supply chain management, or a related field.
+ Experience in IT service management and ITIL-informed processes. Knowledge of ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and Jira.
+ ITIL Foundation certificate, certified in Logistics, Transportation, and Distribution (CLTD), Certified Professional Logistician (CPL), IT Asset Management (ITAM), IAITAM Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM).
+ Experience at a DoD Combatant Command (e.g., SOUTHCOM, NORTHCOM, CENTCOM, CYBERCOM, INDOPACOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, STRATCOM, TRANSCOM, SOCOM, SPACECOM) or a component is desired.
Clearance Requirements:
+ Must have a current/active Secret clearance.
Physical Requirements:
+ Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
+ Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
+ The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
