    MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Senior** **Insider Threat Analyst** to join our team in **Chantilly, VA.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    + Completing reports, as directed by the Government, in response to referral requests from investigative stakeholders within the Insider Threat Program

    + Providing, as directed by the Government, analytic case support to include, but not limited to: counterintelligence investigations, Office of lnspector General (OIG) inquiries, security investigations, personnel security adjudicative requests, DoD investigations and external agency requests.

    + Completing special analytical projects as directed by the Government and present analysis in the form of briefings to decision makers on the protection and risks posed by assigned personnel.

    + Facilitating and supporting the real-time coordination and response de-confliction of active insider threats through the Insider Threat Response Team {ITRT) process.

    + Immediately informing Government leadership of potential exigent threats and supporting follow-on actions by briefing the predicate, supporting case information, as well as behavioral assessments aligned to the Critical Pathway to Insider Risk, if required.

    + Tracking all ITAC leads and reports via an established case management system. The case management system shall have the ability to track applicable SEAD-4 concerns for each case, in addition to, disposition actions and metrics for the insider threat annual report and awareness briefings on insider threat related trends.

    + Collaborating across the analytical team to develop innovative Insider Threat capabilities to further enhance the proactive and reactive analytical process.

    + Making policy/triggering recommendations, conducting testing and evaluation, and tracking all policy refinements and actions. The Contractor shall collaborate with the UAM team on policy development and refinement to ensure all updates are successfully implemented.

    + Collaborating with the Data Scientists and visualization experts and delivering requirements on the development and refinement of dashboards, reports and other applications to ensure the best presentation and facilitation of large amounts to data.

    + Completing the initial security assessment for privileged user access and authorization requests meeting the threshold for a manual review. These assessments shall be forwarded to the Government Privileged User Liaison for final disposition.

    + Ability to travel domestically.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Data Analysis, Security Studies, Criminal Justice, Psychology, or other Behavioral Sciences and 5+ years of relevant experience with data analytics, leveraging software applications and tools to meet customer requirements, and/or behavioral science as applied to Counterintelligence, Information Assurance, Insider Threat, Personnel Security, and/or Law Enforcement.

    + In lieu of a Bachelor’s: Associates’ degree and seven (7) years of relevant experience with data analytics, leveraging software applications and tools to meet customer requirements, and/or behavioral science as applied to Counterintelligence, Information Assurance, Insider Threat, Personnel Security, and/or Law Enforcement.

    + Experience with host-based insider threat detection tools and advanced analytic tools and methodologies per the applicable level stated in the table below.

    + Experience with enterprise level software analysis tools used to analyze large data sets.

    + Experience in Counterintelligence, Insider Threat, Information Assurance, Personnel Security, and/or Law Enforcement.

    Clearance Requirements:

    + Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/Polygraph.

    Physical Requirements:

    + Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%

    + Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

    + Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.

    + Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
