Providence is calling for applications for our **November 2025 RN Fellow – Mother Baby** . An RN Fellow at Providence St. Joseph Health will experience a guided transition into their new specialty through structured curriculum, experienced preceptors and hands-on learning. If you are an RN ready to transition to a new specialty and have more than 12 months of continuous RN work experience, the Providence Clinical Academy is for you.

Required qualifications:

+ Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

+ Upon hire: Alaska Registered Nurse License

+ Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

+ National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics within 6 months (180 days) of hire:

+ Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less.
