    Pay Rate: $58 - $63/hr

    Job Description:

    The Quality Functional Chief Engineer Office is seeking a motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Seattle, WA, or other listed locations. This exciting role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior quality leadership and play a key part in driving technical development and excellence across our organization.

    Position Responsibilities

    • Manage administration and project coordination for Technical Fellowship and BDE programs, including selection, utilization tracking, onboarding, and recognition/benefits distribution.

    • Develop, monitor, and report on key metrics and dashboards (e.g., NDT Tableau) to assess the health and progress of technical development programs.

    • Oversee Technical Leadership Experts (TLEs) across all Business Units within the Quality organization and support Technical Talent Reviews (TTR), gap analysis, and succession planning.

    • Create and maintain program content, including nomination, selection, onboarding guides, and communication strategies for new cycles and ongoing engagement.

    • Plan and facilitate professional development activities such as Lunch and Learns, informational panels, knowledge sharing sessions, and All Teams meetings with Fellows, BDEs, and TLEs.

    • Implement pipeline strategies to foster technical excellence, critical skill development, mentoring programs, and integration of Fellows and BDEs into critical business initiatives.

    • Launch and maintain online platforms, databases, and InSite pages for BDE and Technical Fellowship programs, including management of Smartsheet content for applications and coaching forms.

    • Coordinate and execute showcase events highlighting technical workforce accomplishments and progress.

    • Update and maintain skill architecture matrices, definitions, and onboarding materials to align with evolving organizational needs.

    • Support enterprise engineering initiatives and workforce integration efforts through effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

    • The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

    Required Skills:

    • 5+ years of experience with Project Management

    • 5+ years of experience in leadership either formally or informally leading teams in a cross functional environment

    • 3+ years of experience building relationships and partnering with all levels of employees,

    • including executives

    • 3+ years of experience in developing presentations for and presenting to executive leadership

    • 3+ years of experience aerospace manufacturing operations and/or manufacturing support

    • 3+ years' experience supporting Quality and/or Engineering teams

    • Bachelor's Degree or higher

    Preferred Skills:

    • Minimum of 5 years of proven project management experience with a strong emphasis on implementing technical development strategies and driving programs from initiation through successful completion.

    • Demonstrated expertise in identifying critical paths, prioritizing tasks effectively, and developing clear, actionable plans to launch and sustain new initiatives within complex environments.

    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of collaborating across multiple business units and senior leadership to align technical development efforts with organizational objectives.

    • Experience working across diverse business units and functions, navigating cross-functional dynamics to achieve program goals.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and fostering strong relationships at all organizational levels.

    Education / Experience:

    Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience.
